Halo 2009 Helmet Collection Wave 1 Case

Entertainment Earth has just taken delivery of the Halo 2009 Helmet Collection Wave 1 Case which contains eight 3-packs including the following: 1. Mark VI, EOD and CQB (all Red); 2. EOD (green), Master Chief (Silver), CQB (Purple); 3. Master Chief, Rogue (Silver) and CQB (Orange); 4. EOD (Blue), Hayabusa (Steel) and EVA (Tan); and 5. Rogue (Crimson), EVA (Cyan), Hayabusa (Steel). They are custom designed to fit any 12-inch McFarlane Toys Spartan figure. Each helmet includes a stand for flat surface or wall-mount display, and the stands interlock for “dynamic display possibilities”. The Wave 1 Case is priced at $96.40 which works out at $12.05 per 3-pack.

If you don’t want so many, or you would prefer to get them bit by bit, there are also four (only) individual 3-packs on sale at $12.05 each: Halo EOD, Hayabusa, and Eva Mini Helmet Collection, Halo Master Chief, Rogue, CQB Helmet Collection, Halo Hayabusa, EVA, Rogue Helmet Collection and Halo Red Mark VI, EOD, CQB Helmet Collection. Wave 2 ones on the way in May.

The European Parliament Committee has issued a report saying that video games encourage “learning of facts and skills such as strategic reflection, creativity, cooperation and a sense of innovation” – and found no definitive link with violence. Well. That’s all right then. Source
